Don Gracy is President of Sales and Leadership Excellence (SLX), a global sales transformation services firm that specializes in sales process, assessments, coaching, training, consulting and tools that help clients get the most out of their commercial teams. Don is a Certified Business Coach and has 25+ years of global sales, marketing, training and operations leadership experience from Fortune 500 companies such as General Electric, NTT/Dimension Data, Cisco Systems, Computer Associates, and Parametric Technology along with many smaller IT Integrators and Tech Startups. He has a broad commercial background, and deep expertise with all types of sales processes and channels to market, from the Fortune 5 down to the SMB market via channel partners. He had a highly successful career in field-based sales and management as well as headquarters-based roles in training and development, program management, and marketing. He has extensive experience from working in manufacturing companies, information technology, and services companies and his customer knowledge spans many vertical markets. Don’s unique background provides clients deep insights from all of these perspectives. He is known as a “change agent” and thought-leader that knows how to raise the bar, drive commitment and accountability. He holds a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Connecticut, graduated from GE Corporate’s two-year Technical Sales Leadership Program, and completed various executive education courses at University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is a member of the American Society of Training and Development (ASTD) as well as Strategic Account Management Association (SAMA). He is a Certified Business Coach and an avid real estate investor.Don resides in Connecticut with his wife, Roma and two young children.
